Paula worked for EcoSecurities, ICF International, and Environmental Markets. Her activities included advising the private sector, governments, and multilateral institutions on the challenges associated with strategies for greenhouse gas emissions management and sustainable development.

 

She has worked on emission reduction projects business development, advisory, and capacity development in the energy, industrial, and waste management sectors, with a wide range of clients including the private sector (e.g. Repsol-YPF, Endesa), governments (e.g., UK, Bolivia, Brazil) and multilateral institutions (e.g., United Nations Development Programme, World Bank)

 

Paula’s professional experience includes originating new businesses and assisting in the negotiation of final carbon transactions (e.g. with World Bank Carbon Funds, International Finance Corporation). She has experience working on client engagements in several countries in North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, and Europe.
