Francisco’s experience is international, with consultancy and research projects in over 20 countries for clients including multilateral and government agencies, carbon traders, investment banks and corporations.

 

He worked with EcoSecurities Consulting as an Associate Senior Principal Consultant as well as an independent energy and climate change consultant from 2006 until 2011. Previous assignments include Associate Director – Renewables and Emissions Trading with IPA Energy Consulting and as Policy Officer on energy and gas policies and regulations with the Ministry of Energy and Utilities, Government of New South Wales, Australia.

 

He is a registered UN CDM and JI expert and recognised as a Leader (in the top 5% of advisors globally) by Gerson Lehrman Group, an advisory network for the financial services industry.
