Determination of the organization’s GHG footprint and the impact of its projects or investments in environmental terms, i.e., GHG mitigation benefits, followed by the development of a GHG and climate strategy with a view to integrating climate and carbon finance opportunities into MEDA’s donor funded project and investment portfolios.  The project includes the calculation of the GHG footprint and exemplary impacts of selected project activities, followed by the development of a GHG emissions monitoring system and a methodology for estimating GHG impacts. In the final stage information materials for the engagement with the organisation’s beneficiaries and the donor and investor community as well as a GHG and climate strategy are prepared.
