A study that aims to identify and assess knowledge gaps and capacity building needs to enable the private sector in the Southeast Asia region to take climate action, with a focus on climate change mitigation and adaptation for SMEs. A mapping of the type of capacity building that is required was conducted at regional and country level to help address the needs and gaps on climate action faced by SMEs in the Southeast Asia Region. The final aim being to prepare businesses to climate change impacts in order to improve their resilience and make use of climate finance.
