Hanna Theodorie has more than 29 years of progressive professional experience and has participated in climate change projects related to national institutional capacity development as well as the development of funding proposals in the Middle East. He has more than 15 years of extensive experience in organisational and institutional capacity assessment, project and program monitoring and evaluation, result based management (RBM); with substantial experience and knowledge in contextual analysis, driving benchmarks, setting growth & expansion for a series of reputed public sector and non-governmental institutions - working in complex environments in civic engagement, donor and government institutions.

Hanna has specific knowledge of donor funding patterns, leading and managing donor funded technical assistance projects and programs. He has successfully managed multicultural teams of experts and professionals, has regional experience of the Middle East and worked for several clients and organisations in Palestine, Jordan, Egypt as well as in the United Arab Emirates. Hanna has a substantial understanding of the role of the civil society in development matters in the Middle East region. He specializes in developing and writing a variety of financial management and institutional working documents of public entities as well as non-profit civil society organisation. He is fluent in English and Arabic and holds a Masters in Science of Management degree and BA in Business Administration.
