A thorough analysis of previous projects and programmes (2007-2013) by the EU and other donors in the EU and elsewhere  fed into recommendations on innovative approaches and strategies for new climate development projects and programmes (2014-2020), providing inputs and preparing related contributions to the international negotiations on the new climate regime in 2015 by the EU at the same time.
